Our CoolKit® Refrigeration Van Conversions combine two basic elements which we can install in your chosen van at short notice, resulting in the shortest downtime for your vehicle and minimal inconvenience and lost profit for you.

Firstly, Insulated Lining

The first element is an insulated “Chiller” or “Freezer” lining to prevent most of the external temperature penetrating the vehicle load space. Employing state-of-the-art technology, we develop all our own lining products using 3D CAD software and then manufacture them using precision CAM software and CNC machinery. The resulting lining is will guarantee you to be lightweight, strong, durable and extremely thermally capable. We guarantee this lining for 3 years from installation.

Secondly, Refrigeration System

The second element is a refrigeration or heating unit that in conjunction with our Lining will produce your desired temperature, quickly and consistently. Global will help you specify a suitable refrigeration unit that will compliment your van(s) and the Lining. We offer refrigeration units from the ranges of Hubbard, GAH, Carrier and Diavia.
